Nominate a batchmate ↓Why organize
Stewardship that lasts beyond one reunion.
The proposed board would provide collective oversight so Batch 2006 funds, programs, reunions, excursions, and charitable initiatives are not dependent on one person. Directors would be elected by the members, then elect officers annually under approved governing documents.
Set priorities for future projects, charitable work, and member-support initiatives.
Elect the foundation’s officers annually in accordance with approved bylaws.
Organize Batch 2006 reunions, gatherings, and local or international trips and excursions.
Use transparent records, conflict-of-interest rules, and collective decisions to protect members.
Maintain required registrations, reports, financial controls, and legal compliance in the Philippines.
Private nomination
Who should help lead?
Nominate one batchmate per submission. You may submit the form again for another person. Nominee details will be reviewed privately and will not be posted automatically.
Formation note
A nomination is the beginning—not legal registration.
The proposed entity must complete appropriate Philippine legal, tax, banking, governance, and reporting steps before presenting itself as a registered foundation or tax-exempt charity, accepting funds in that capacity, or issuing official donation receipts. Final board powers, eligibility, elections, officer terms, bank signatories, and financial controls must be stated in approved articles, bylaws, resolutions, and policies.
